Assistive Technology Financial Loan
Program
All loans receive 5 percent interest rate! 5.002 APR up to 3 years -------------- One of the most exciting projects to be developed by the Assistive Technology Program for DC is the Assistive Technology Financial Loan Program. Any District of Columbia resident with a disability or any family member or legal guardian, can apply for a loan. All types of assistive technology devices and services will be funded, such as assessments/evaluation, wheelchairs/scooters, computers, hearing aids, low vision aids, communication devices, environmental control systems and other equipment. Assistive technology services can also be financed. Loans can be made for a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $5000 for a term of up to 3 years This program is sponsored by ATPDC and City First Bank of DC, member FDIC.
